Now in its 10th year, Tribeza Style Week is the oldest running week of events that is dedicated to Austin style.  One of the things I have always liked about the Style Week events is that they can be enjoyed by even those who might not necessarily consider themselves to be in the Austin “fashion scene.”  The events not only put an emphasis on local boutiques and local designers, but Tribeza makes sure to not leave out the elements of good food and good booze as well.

Here’s a rundown and schedule of the upcoming events for Tribeza Style Week:

Where: Revival Cycles 5305 Bolm Rd.

When: Friday, September 20 7-10pm

Tickets: $15

This was my favorite event last year during Style Week for a few reasons, but the main reason of course being this was a fashion event that actually brought out the Austin men.  This event didn’t just bring out the few men you might frequently see at local fashion events, but rather this event brought out dudes of all types from around all parts of town.  Hi boys!  The event will also have great food and drinks, so you really can’t go wrong with this one.

This event is particularly close to my heart because it is benefitting the UT Fashion Show, which has always been my favorite fashion show in Austin because it supports and shows the work of fresh new student talent.  The UT Fashion Group is a hardworking bunch of talented and stylish students who put this show together every year.  I was once a member of this group, and I love and appreciate everything they do.
