One of my absolute favorite places in Austin to go to relax and get pampered has moved into a brand new location.  Just a hop and a skip away from their old location in the 2nd St. district, Milk and Honey has combined their spa and salon into one new flagship space on Guadalupe and Cesar Chavez.

The new space is bigger and more open with floor to ceiling windows looking out towards the trails and the lake.  It’s a beautiful space and I had the pleasure of gettin my hair did at the new Austin salon.  I came in expecting to get just a cut, but after I told her that my hair had gotten super dry lately, my gal Amber hooked me up with a gloss treatment as well!  And although my hair is no longer quite mermaid length (that’s when your hair completely covers your boobs a.k.a. my preferred length), it really does look healthier and shinier since the cut and the gloss treatment.  Check it:
